We offer FREE SHIPPING to all Australian & New Zealand customers Order Processing Time:
  • Your order will be processed and packed within 1-2 business days.
  • Our processing times are subject to all National and QLD Public Holidays
Estimated Australian & New Zealand Delivery Times:
  • Australia - 2-4 business days* via Express Post
  • New Zealand - 6-10 business days* via Standard Post
Tracking Details:
  • All customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has been dispatched.
Backorders: From time to time we may sell out of certain models, especially during peak times such as Father's Day, Valentines Day and Christmas. These models will remain available for sale to allow customers to still order and reserve stock. Backorders are usually fulfilled within 3-4 weeks. Backorders are indicated on the product listing near the 'add-to-cart' button ("Available on back-order"). Please check prior to ordering if your watch is required urgently. This will also be noted on your invoice

International Customers

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING via standard shipping methods from either our Australian warehouse or direct from our supplier.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties or additional taxes that may be applicable for customs release and final delivery. Please check with your country's process regarding importing commercial products. 
Estimated International Delivery Time:
  • 10-21 business days via standard postage (depending on destination).
  • Some minor delays may occur during custom clearance.


ALL customers please note:
  • Once orders have been lodged with our delivery contractor, all orders are then subject to the responsibility, care and handling by them and their drivers.
  • Delivery times will depend on Australia Post's (or relevant couriers) ability to provide the expected service.
  • Natural Disasters, severe weather events or other incidents may impact the delivery time of your order.
  • Damaged in transit or missing items/orders will require investigation via our claims process.
  • A signature is NOT REQUIRED for your order and some local delivery contractors may make the decision to ‘Safe Drop’ your order at your delivery address.
  • We encourage customers to use the tracking details we provide to manage the safe delivery of their order to avoid missing parcels.
  • If a customer places a delivery redirection via Australia Post for their order, the estimated delivery times stated above are no longer applicable.
  • Please note that your original shipping details MUST be correct.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or unclaimed deliveries due to customers providing incorrect information.
  • If you need an order shipped out more than once, there will be an additional fee payable to cover postage (unless the error is ours).
  • If an order is delivered to an incorrect address due to the incorrect address being entered on the order, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to recover the order and a replacement or refund will not be issued.
  • Paying via PayPal – Orders will be shipped to the address as listed on the Paypal transaction. These details MUST match the details provided on the order form. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any transactions that may be identified as fraudulent or not authorised.
